I agree with this one completely. As a resident of the city I in no way believe that this city deserves such an attack, not that any city deserves it, but one can at least see the agenda behind the entire attack. This is just to set in some sort of nation-wide fear that no city or place, small or huge, is safe from the terror attacks. Jaipur is progressive but it matches metros in no way and was a definite soft target.
