The Himlayan blunder with the India’s Foreign policy since its independence six decades ago is that it has failed grandly and gravely to adopt the tested policy that ”the change is the only constant’ thing. The only solace is that despite the frequent changes in the government during the last two decades in particular , the foreign policy has not been dictated by the political expediency.

Good work, I always expect same from Mr. Puri. What I think is that India's foreign policy is also in gutter. We haven't heard a single bold statement made by India's foreign ministry on Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, Tibet, Pakistan and Iran.
